Shipping Policy


At NATUR Interiors, we offer flexible delivery and shipping options to meet the needs of both our local customers and those across Canada.

 
In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your purchases in-store for free.
Pickup time depends on item availability. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

 
Standard Shipping

(Excludes all furniture)

Items that meet weight and size restrictions are shipped via one of our shipping partners.

Shipping, Decor, and Accessories Fees:

  • Orders under $150 (before taxes):
    • If the order contains only standard products - $15
    • If the order contains one or more large or heavy items (excluding furniture) - $25
  • Orders of $150 or more (before taxes): ✔️ Free

Shipping is available in Canada only.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information, if available.

 
Furniture Delivery

Furniture is delivered at a flat rate, based on the destination province.

Delivery Fees by Province:
  • Quebec: $125
  • Ontario and Maritime Provinces: $175
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta: $200
  • British Columbia: $225
  • Territories: Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories: $300
Heavy or Bulky Furniture

Some heavy or oversized furniture may incur a flat delivery fee of:

  • $300, regardless of the province

(Examples: modular sofa, solid wood table, all-wood sideboard, bunk bed, particularly bulky or fragile item.)

 

Assembly and Installation

Furniture assembly and installation are not included in standard or furniture delivery or shipping fees. 

 

Customer Responsibility

Before delivery or shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

  • Access to the residence or delivery location is adequate and safe;
  • Walks, stairs, and openings allow for the passage of the ordered items.

NATUR cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered inside due to inadequate access or incompatible dimensions.

 
Carriers and Liability

Shipments are made by third-party carriers selected by NATUR.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, NATUR cannot be held liable for delivery delays, transit times, or situations beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, service interruptions, or handling errors by the carrier.

In the event of visible damage upon receipt, the customer must inspect the merchandise, refuse the package if necessary, or note any reservations on the delivery slip, and contact our customer service department as soon as possible so that we can assist them in pursuing a claim with the carrier.

NATUR acts as an intermediary between the customer and the carrier and cannot be held liable for damage or loss occurring during transport. Any transport-related claim will be handled in accordance with the policies of the carrier in question.
