Deliveries

NATUR Meubles et Design is proud to offer an internal and personalized delivery service in the greater Mont-Tremblant region for bulky items. For purchases to be shipped outside of this area, our customer service will contact you to inform you of the conditions and charges for shipping your purchases. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special delivery request.

Delivery costs from $ 59

Items can be assembled on-site upon delivery; fees apply for assembly. You must purchase this service when you initially order the item. No assembly request will be accepted on the day of delivery to avoid any delay in the delivery schedule.

In anticipation of the delivery of your items, please ensure that access to your residence or the place of delivery allows passage of the item (s) ordered. Deliverers can in no way be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered inside the residence or business if they are too large or the passages are too narrow. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items purchased can be easily delivered to the desired delivery locations.

Expeditions

Any item meeting weight and size constraints will be shipped by one of our shipping partners. Items that do not comply with these guidelines will be shipped according to the internal shipping policy mentioned above. Shipping to Canada only.

Pick up in-store

You can pick up your purchases for free in-store. Pickup time depends on item availability. You will receive an email when your items are ready to be picked up.
