Return Policy


All items purchased online can be returned in their original condition and packaging and refunded within 20 days of the purchase upon presentation of the original receipt. Fees associated with delivery and personalized gift wrapping are non-refundable. Items discounted at 40% or more are final sale. Returns can be processed in person at our boutique, or shipped to our warehouse. Return shipping fees are incumbent upon the customer. Once the return is received, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. For any questions regarding returns, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Special orders

No returns will be accepted for special orders for items that were not in stock, whether the purchase was made in-store or online.

Condition of returned items

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the original packaging in equally good condition. Bedding, duvet covers, sheets, curtains, and other items must be in their original packaging and unopened in order to be admissible for a refund. Refunds will not be processed for any bedding items that do not respect this policy. To ensure your items can be refunded in the condition in which they are returned, please contact our customer service.

Modifying or cancelling your order

Your order can be modified or cancelled until it is processed by our shipping services. Once it has been processed and shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled. To verify the status of your order, consult your customer account.

Exchanges

To process an exchange, you must contact our customer service.

Holiday-period return policy

All items purchased between November 15th and December 24th can be exchanged or refunded until January 10th. Items returned during this period are subject to the same conditions described in the normal return policy.  For purchases made after December 24th, the normal return policy applies. Gift wrapping is non-refundable.
