Return Policy


At NATUR interiors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations in a clear and transparent manner.

1. Returns and Refunds – Online Purchases

Any item purchased online may be returned for a refund within 20 days of the purchase date.

The following conditions must be met:

    • A valid proof of purchase is required
    • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, also in good condition

Shipping, delivery, and gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Items may be returned:

    • In person at the NATUR interiors boutique, located at 586 rue de Saint-Jovite, Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 2Z9
    • By shipment to our warehouse

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original method of payment, provided all conditions outlined in this policy are met.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Items discounted 40% or more
    • Items identified as demo items on sale
    • The following items, for hygiene reasons:
      • Sheets
      • Towels
      • Pillows
      • Mattress protectors
      • Pillow protectors

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

3. Special Orders

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for special orders, meaning items that were not in stock at the time of purchase, whether purchased online or in-store.

4. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

For hygiene reasons, the following items must remain sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund:

    • Bedding items
    • Duvet covers
    • Curtains

Any other textile items, with the exception of decorative cushions, must also be returned sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused and deemed non-refundable.

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team before initiating a return if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

5. Order Modifications or Cancellations

An order may be modified or cancelled only if it has not yet been processed by our shipping department.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, no modification or cancellation will be possible.

The status of your order can be viewed through your customer account.

6. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability and applicable conditions.

7. Holiday Return Policy

Any item purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 10 (inclusive).

All holiday returns remain subject to the standard return conditions outlined in this policy.

For purchases made after December 24, the regular return policy applies.

Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
