St Dormeir wool protectors are natural, breathable, and insulating. Quilted in Spain with pure wool and an ecru cotton terry cover, they are perfect for use in both winter and summer. Wool absorbs perspiration much better than polyester and keeps your mattress clean and fresh, while keeping you cool and dry year-round.

Mattress protectors are designed to enhance the comfort of your mattress, and pillow protectors make your pillow firmer.

BREATHABLE

Wool is known for its insulating and absorbent properties, making it perfect for year-round use. It naturally wicks moisture away from the skin, allowing it to evaporate. This can be especially beneficial for those who tend to overheat, as the pad will reduce that clammy, uncomfortable feeling. Ultimately, we designed this pad to offer both comfort and breathability, thus improving the quality of your sleep.

SUSTAINABLE

St DORMEIR® pads are made primarily from natural fibers – wool and cotton – which are both renewable and biodegradable. St DORMEIR® products are also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified: they meet the highest safety standards and are certified free of harmful chemicals.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash in warm (NOT hot) water on a delicate cycle. Use a high-quality, enzyme-free detergent such as Eucalan. Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach. Use the maximum water level, a high spin cycle, and a short cycle. Do not overload the machine. We recommend washing a mattress protector with a full load; we recommend washing towels.

Hang to dry only.

The cotton terry cover is a special type of weave that maximizes absorbency to ensure the driest and most comfortable sleeping environment.

DESIGNED TO FIT
After washing, you may notice that your St. Dormeir protector appears to have shrunk slightly. However, when you put the protector back on your mattress, it will easily stretch to fit. They are made this way to always fit properly without bunching. The pillow protectors are slightly oversized and fit perfectly.
